EVANS (nee Leary) Pamela Anne Peacefully after a short illness on November 16th, 2018, aged 77 years. Mother of Jackie and Mother in Law to Richard. A Devoted Nan to Harry. Sister to Alan and Sheila. The Funeral Service will take place at Hereford Crematorium Chapel on Tuesday, December 4th at 12.45 p.m., followed by Interment in Hereford Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
