PREECE William James (Bill) Loving Husband of Violet (Nobby) sadly passed away at Hereford County Hospital, on Saturday, November 17th, 2018, aged 86 years, with his close Family by his side. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 7th, 2018, at Hereford Crematorium, at 11.15 a.m. Close family flowers or if desired, donations for Kingstone Surgery, may be sent to Shayne Hogg Funeral Services 72, Whitecross Road, Hereford.
