HOFFMAN Ian Charles Passed away suddenly at home on October 30th, 2018, aged 61 years. Much loved Brother of Julie, Richard, Libby, Paula, Barb and Philip. The Funeral Service will take place at Hereford Crematorium on Wednesday, November 21st at 1.30 p.m. Family flowers only please.
