GRAFEN Bridget Irene Died peacefully on Monday, September 24th, 2018 aged 74 years. A wonderful Mum and Granny. Funeral Service to be held at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church on Thursday, October 11th, 2018, at 10.30 a.m., followed by Cremation.
