CLEMENTS Monica Passed away on Sunday, September 2nd, 2018. Beloved Wife of the late David Clements, beautiful precious Mum of Adrian, Trudy and Andy, fond Mother in Law to Clive, special Nan of Joel, Hannah and Rhys. A Funeral Service will be held at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs RC Church, Hereford, on Wednesday, September 26th, 2018, at 2pm followed by Burial at St Martin's Church.
