LOWE Stephen Formerly of Lyonshall Vicarage. Passed away peacefully on Friday, August 24th, 2018, following a short illness, aged 35 years. Beloved Son of Reverend David Lowe and the late Ann. Brother of Richard and Peter. The Funeral Service will take place at 11 a.m., on Tuesday, September 18th, at St. Margaret of Scotland Chapel, Gloucester Charitable Trust, London Road, Gloucester, followed at 4 p.m., by Interment at the Church of St. Michael and All Angels, Lyonshall. Everyone is welcome to either or both services. Family flowers only but donations if desired to the Down's Syndrome Association.
