hughes Gerald (Jake). Anne and Family wish to thank Family, Friends and Neighbours for messages of sympathy and attending Gerald's funeral. Very many thanks also for all cards, floral tributes and donations given to Gerald's chosen charities. Special thanks are due to all Doctors, Nurses and Staff at Quay House Surgery and St Michael's Hospice for their dedication, care and support that Gerald received at all times. Many thanks to the Fast Response and Ambulance crews that Gerald needed on several occasions, also to the Marie Curie Nurses, Sure Care Team and all Staff involved at Hereford County Hospital. Anne and family would like to thank the Reverend Prebendary Jimmy Morrison for a beautifully conducted service. Thanks to Bill Rowlatt, Barbara and Staff at Oak Tree Funeral Services at Eardisley for their guidance, support and attention to detail at this difficult time.
