PHILLIPS Thomas Henry. Charlotte would like to thank everyone for their kind messages of sympathy, attendance at the service and donations to St Michaels Hospice. Thanks also to the Carers, District Nurses and Family Doctor who helped me to have him home. A special thanks to the ones who sat with Henry during his stay in hospital and his time at home.
