NOTTINGHAM Michael. The Family wish to express their grateful thanks to relatives and friends for their kindness and support during Mike's illness. We were overwhelmed by the attendance at his funeral, generous donations given and messages of sympathy received. Thank you to Holy Trinity Church Choir and the Police Choir for making it very special. Our thanks to Doctors and Nurses of Sarum House Surgery, The Macmillan Nurses and especially to the staff of St Michael's Hospice for their care and support to Mike and all of us. Sincere thanks to Reverend Brian Chave and Reverend Rob North for their continuous care and support to all the family. Published in paper 05/10/2006
